Green Machine’s polisher separation screens are designed to separate two-dimensional fibers from multi-dimensional containers. Our polisher screens feature rotating discs mounted on shafts, moving progressively faster towards the end. The incline angle of separate upper and lower decks are fully adjustable, giving you control over discharge contamination of both fiber and container streams. The ability to modify various operating parameters gives you the power to control how much throughput your polisher separation screen processes and what level of contamination to expect. wrap reducing spacers Green Machine’s patented spacers were created to significantly reduce wrapping and keep you running efficiently. Our split disc design make them easily replaceable, significantly reducing required maintenance downtime.
