The EK1240SLX delivers 12-ton crimping output in a pistol-style, battery-powered tool designed for field use on heavy-duty electrical connectors. Configurable double-tap activation requires two consecutive trigger pulls to start a cycle, reducing unintended actuations during positioning. Ergonomic weight-reduction updates improve handling for repetitive operations. IntelliCRIMP® Technology monitors crimp force on every cycle and issues visual and audible alerts if pressure falls below specification, supporting consistent, UL Classified terminations when used with approved dies and compatible connector brands.
