Steel wedge clamp

The couple of Greifenberg’s tackle clamps is a unit designed for the tensioning of carrying cables. The frame and components of the two clamps are entirely made of thermally treated steel. The wedge braking blocks are interchangeable according to the diameter of the carrying cable to be stretched. Greifenberg’s clamp system includes a series of pulleys where the service cable must be inserted, so that the carrying cable tension is 8 times higher than the service cable tension. Greifenberg’s self-blocking wedge clamps can be opened with rapid sliding dovetail system.
