Overview
The Groeneveld Twin is a dual-line parallel automatic lubrication pump designed for applications with higher grease demand. It is suitable where many lubrication points, long line lengths, extreme ambient temperatures or high system reliability are required.

General
The Twin system includes a heavy-duty electric barrel pump, an external control unit with CAN‑Bus connection, a real-time clock, internal memory, a pressure relief valve and a minimum-level switch. For PLC-controlled machines, the Twin XL can be supplied without the control unit for PLC integration. The two main lines feed grease to precision metering devices. A wide range of metering units is available, mountable in any combination on distribution blocks, in brass or stainless steel. The system can be extended to detachable equipment using quick‑connect couplings to lubricate additional components. The pump can be installed on a refillable 40 liter grease reservoir or used with grease barrels (18–200 l). It is equipped with a follower plate to ensure full grease usage and to prevent air and condensation ingress, preserving lubricant integrity and enabling the use of biodegradable greases.
