DCMP is a two-tank dealkalizer unit for removal of bicarbonate hardness, ideal for industrial applications, especially boiler systems. It features pneumatic valves and a corrosion-resistant PVC pipe system. Dual-tank dealkalisation unit The DCMP is a dual-tank dealkalisation unit designed for continuous operation in industrial processes where downtime is unacceptable. With flow rates up to 14 m³/h, robust PVC piping and SE 20 automatic control, it provides reliable, high performance for 24/7 operations. Engineered for reliability – designed for uninterrupted performance The DCMP is engineered with a strong emphasis on reliability to maintain a stable flow for process applications. The two-tank unit is equipped with two 5-cycle valves, an SE20 control panel and four pneumatic valves. For added flexibility, the unit can also be supplied with a terminal box instead of the SE control panel or with a water meter at the inlet. Anti-corrosion tanks The steel filter tanks are coated with PPA, a high-performance polyethylene layer. This combines the mechanical strength of steel with exceptional corrosion resistance, ensuring long service life even in chemically aggressive environments. DCMP are equipped with four pneumatic valves that regulate inlet and outlet flow during each operational phase, ensuring precise valve positioning and reliable process control. The standard PVC piping resists corrosion and aggressive regeneration chemicals. All gaskets and O-rings are silicone-free, guaranteeing long-term durability and preventing contamination of treated water.
