Automatic water softener SMH

SMH is a softening unit designed for cold water softening up to 35 °C in industrial applications. Available as single or duplex, SMH ensures continuous softened water supply with flow rates up to 20 m³/h. Water softening with flow up to 20 m³/h SMH water softener is a one-tank or two-tank solution for continuous supply of soft water. The two-tank unit has an interconnecting PVC pipe system for parallel and duplex operation. Designed for industrial applications SMH is based on our modular-built standard system ensuring high flexibility and adaption to choice of material, instrumentation and control system. The standard softening tanks are inside and outside coated with corrosion-resistant PPA and includes all necessary distributors and collectors. Hydraulically controlled valves The two-tank units are each equipped with water hydraulic control of inlet and outlet valves to allow only one resin tank to be in operation while the other one is either in regeneration or on stand-by. PVC pipe system SMH two-tank unit features an integrated PVC pipe system, handling water temperatures up to 35 °C. PVC is corrosion-proof and very resistant to chemicals making it ideal for demanding environments. Each softening plant comes with a standard PLC control. One- tank units come with a SEIO wall-mounted control. Two-tank units are standard equipped with an SE20 control integrated on the plant. The SE control units are purpose-made and individually programmed by our own engineers. The simple user interface facilitates check of configuration parameters and control of operation and regeneration.
