This machine is suitable for the grilling of Vegetables, Meat and Fish (eggplants, Hamburgher, Sea food salads, Bread). Entirely made of stainless steel 304. Just to mark the slices of products with stripes, NOT suitable for cooking. ELECTRIC GRILL-MARKER mod. GSI04-suitablejust for marking(notforCooking) This machine, thanks to its planning characteristics and design, is suitable for marking Peppers, Zucchini and Aubergines; Méat (Hamburgers , Wurstel), Sea Salad; it is entirely made of Aisi 304 stainless Steel and it allows to grill also wet and salted products (if previously drained or centrifuged). The products are loaded manually on the stainless Steel conveyor of the machine. The marking group is composed by 2 rotary rolls with fixed step. The machine is built according to CE rules in force.
