Are used for filling of liquid and viscous food products into plastic or glass bottle with volume from 0.2 till 2 liters. The automatic machines are rotative type and consist of modules for containers disinfection, product filling, and bottle capping. The GTL-Optima machines are compact, economic and flexible solutions for small and medium sized factories. They are modern, reliable and easy to use machines intended for usage as a part of the automatic filling line. Basic configuration Allows to solve most of the tasks for food products filling into PET and glass bottle with the capacity of 1000 – 4500 bottles per hour. • Connection system to CIP-washing • Washing liquid arrangement system • Touch-Screen control panel • Closed design • Possibility of washing with 2 solutions • Bottle transfer by the neck or bottom • Vacuum capping heads with pneumo press • Stainless steel AISI 304 /316 Additional options For full accordance with the Customer’s tasks the GTL-Optima triblocks are completed with the set of additional options: • Hygienic performance: clean, ultraclean • Replacement container formats • Filling into irregular containers (till 6 liters) • Integration into existing filling line • Irregular modification Types of dosing and capping depending on type of the product Depending on the characteristics of the product the modules and the automatic filling machines of GTL-Packaging are equipped by different types of valves and dosing systems, providing the quality control of the filling (gravity, flowmetric, isobaric, volumetric).
