Merits Our BZB-FB-120012m bus spray booth is applicable for the repair and fabrication of various transportation tools, such as the vans, as well as the medium-sized bus of 10m long. Features • The wallboard is composed of the EPS insulation board of 70mm thick and the colorful steel plate of 0.426mm thick. The wall panel of the chamber is coordinated with the steel column and the composite beam. • Our 12m bus spray booth adopts Philips lights. All lights are equipped with the well-known brand electronic ballast. They perform much better than the previously used electronic lamps. • Four 4kW centrifugal fans are used for supplying air. Two 7.5kW belt-driven fans with large impeller are utilized for discharging air. Then, the air circulation ratio inside the chamber can be well guaranteed, and the paint mist can be discharged easily. • Beyond that, our 12m bus spray booth is designed with two G20 burners of Italy Riello brand. • The power-driven three-dimensional trolley can be optionally installed. • As an option, this product can be purchased without the trench, and the return air is brought from the side. Trench : Two rows of trench are used to exhaust the air. Each row of the trench has the dimension of 10000×840mm (L×W). In addition, the trench is covered with the galvanized floor grating. Front Door : Our 12m bus spray booth is installed with three single doors. The frame of the door adopts the folded edge which is made of the coated steel plate. Moreover, the EPS board is used as the wall panel.
