 Ensure smooth surface with plump color and zero chromatic difference.  Suitable to apply primer, top coating or staining on MDF, HDF, solid wood, and wood-plastic composite etc.  Excellent precision and flexibility achieved by independently adjustable speeds of the coating roller, doctor roller and conveyor each controlled by its own motor reducer, and frequency converter.  Dosing roller rotation direction can be clockwise or counter clockwise.  The robust casting design makes it easy to change the roller if needed. Performance characteristics Roller coaters are coating equipment used on flat workpieces. The coating lacquer is rolled onto the surface in a uniform manner with few coating lacquer wasted. With high feeding speed, roller coating machine can achieve high productivity, and can be paired with a brushing machine, coating dryer and a conveyor for automation.
