 Suitable for base coating on crude workpiece with uneven surfaces.  Putty is applied by the rubber covered roll to fill panel surface pores and excessive putty is recycled for reuse.  Excellent precision and flexibility achieved by independently adjustable speeds of the coating roller, doctor roller and conveyor each controlled by its own motor reducer, and frequency converter.  Dosing roller rotation direction can be clockwise and counter clockwise.  Equipped with a screen to monitor and manage machine parameters.
