AirHorse AHW series water-lubricated oil-free screw air compressor delivers 100% oil-free, clean and safe compressed air using fifth-generation stainless steel screw air end technology. Product Overview:
AirHorse AHW series water-lubricated oil-free screw air compressor is a true oil-free compressed air solution. The compressor air end and system use stainless steel alloy, achieving a technological breakthrough from copper air end to stainless steel air end. The integrated design eliminates complicated pipes and electrical lines, resulting in fewer failure points and more stable operation.

Water is used as the lubricating and cooling medium. The compression process is close to isothermal, with operating temperature less than 50°C. There is no risk of burns. The compressed air is cleaned by the lubricating water, making it cleaner and suitable for direct breathing use. The dew point is lower, and the water content of the compressed air is on average more than 25% lower than that of ordinary dry screw air compressors.

The AHW series is available in air-cooled and water-cooled versions. It uses a PLC intelligent control system with automatic fault detection, fault warning, maintenance reminder and automatic protection functions. It can achieve 24-hour unattended operation and remote control. Regular automatic water change and automatic system cleaning functions keep the compressor interior clean and hygienic.
