DGZZ-14015, which is the direct-driven spindle, the max speed is 15000rpm, and designed for BT40 tool holder, Mainly applied to CNC milling machine, machining center, drilling and tapping center. 1.High-precision: It has the vibration of taper hole of shaft core ≤0.002mm/s, the run-out at 300mm of standard rod ≤0.008, and the dynamic balance level of G0.4; it has the characteristic of incomparable high precision. 2.High configuration: Bearings of international famous brands and standard parts of high specification are adopted to ensure the performance of the spindle to be stable and reliable for long. The imported synchronous belt gear with circular-arc teeth has high transmission torque and is hard to slip. 3.Low noise: Under the same operating conditions, the noise value at the highest speed is about 5db lower than that of gears with tooth forms of national standard.
