Description

The slurry ice machine is a kind of ice maker that produces fluid ice (slurry ice) from seawater or a certain concentration of brine (above 2.8%). The machine has compact structure and small occupied area, so it is especially suitable for fishing boats. Slurry ice is a mixture of ice crystals and water. The content of ice crystals is about 40%, and it can be adjusted. Slurry-ice is a unique chilling medium, it has its unique advantages.
