Description

Application Scope
This product is suitable for AC rated voltage U0/U of 450/750V and below, including control, monitoring circuits and protection lines.

Material and Executive Standard
  • Material: Conductor: high-purity oxygen-free copper; Insulation: cross-linked polyvinyl chloride (PVC); Sheath: low-smoke, halogen-free polyvinyl chloride (LSHF PVC / PE sheath material noted in different formulations).
  • Executive Standard: GB/T 9330-2020.

Operating Characteristics
  • Long-term allowable operating temperature: not exceed 70°C.
  • Laying/installation temperature: not lower than 0°C.
  • Bending radius: for outer diameter D < 25 mm, minimum bending radius = 4 × D; for outer diameter D ≥ 25 mm, minimum bending radius = 6 × D.

Notes on Construction
The product uses oxygen-free copper conductors to achieve low conductor resistance and improved signal integrity. Cross-linked PVC insulation provides dielectric strength and mechanical durability. The outer sheath is formulated to be low-smoke and halogen-free for enhanced fire safety and lower toxic emissions in fire situations.
