Description

Product description
Designed for food processing plants to lift products (olives, pickles, fruit, vegetables, etc.) from floor level to selection belts, filling machines or high hoppers without spillage and ensuring safe transfer. Its gooseneck (Z or L) curved configuration prevents backsliding during steep lifts and saves plant floor space.

Technical features and advantages
  • Gooseneck (curved) design advantage: Horizontal feeding area provides ergonomic loading for operators. The horizontal discharge after inclined transport ensures controlled, splash-free release into target hoppers.
  • Spillage and rollback prevention: Modular pallets (compartments) on the conveyor belt and side barriers prevent products from rolling back or spilling during inclined ascent.
  • Product integrity preservation: Berries/olives settle into pallets under their own weight without mechanical compression, avoiding crushing, scratching or deformation before next processing step.
  • 304 stainless steel construction: Frame, conveying components and main body made of food-compatible 304 stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and suitable for continuous washing and high humidity.
  • Easy maintenance and washability: Modular belt and open-frame design allow fast pressurized water cleaning and quick access to maintenance points after production shifts.

Characteristics / Technical specifications
  • Application: Controlled transfer of olives, pickles, fruits, vegetables and similar bulk food items from floor level to selection belts, filling machines or elevated hoppers.
  • Design: Gooseneck (Z or L curved) conveyor element; geometry prevents backsliding in steep lifts.
  • Belt and conveying elements: Modular pallet (partitioned) belts with side barriers to prevent spillage and rolling.
  • Material: Frame, chassis and conveying components in 304 stainless steel (food-grade, corrosion-resistant).
  • Hygiene and cleaning: Open frame and modular belt design allow cleaning with pressurized water; maintenance points easily accessible.
  • Ergonomics: Horizontal feeding area provides ergonomic loading for operators.
