The AL51 is the “all-rounder” in our range for bottling. It is a robust monobloc, mechanically driven by cams and servomotors and very flexible in operation, combining the advantages of a row filler and a synchronized capping machine. This combination results in space savings by operating two functions on only one machine. There are a number of different feeding systems and closing tools, depending on the variety and requirements of the containers and closures. For capping, we recommend the use of the proven, precise torque screwdriver of the GSM series. Furthermore, different filling technologies can be selected. Depending on requirements, the filling medium can be automatically sucked in, fed through a funnel (also heated) or fed directly under pressure. Furthermore, this machine is characterized by a clean design and can be changed over very quickly and without tools by changing the driving star and the gallery.
