One of our very special machines is the mascara filling machine. It is especially designed for the processing of highly viscous substances such as mascara. Because high demands are placed on the filling machine when filling mascara. Our special filling machine FA25 for mascara filling works with a highly accurate volumetric piston dosing technology. The product is sucked from the heated hopper with speed-controlled agitator. It is then carefully filled into the mascara sticks via rotary slide valve and filling needle. Afterwards the filled containers are screwed with our proven GSM servo screwdriver with exact torque. We can easily respond to your wishes when filling this special product. Depending on customer requirements and budget, the containers and their closures can be fed manually, semi-automatically or fully automatically. We offer fully automatic feeding by means of a sorting pot, vibratory feeder and gripper unit. For example, the packs can be automatically discharged from the format holders onto a downstream conveyor belt.
