Description

The Haas Robot Package 2 is a fully integrated, plug-and-play, 25 kg capacity robot system for Haas machines. The system is controlled entirely from the Haas control. Includes: 6-axis robot, mounting pedestal, (1) parts table, software interface for direct control through the Haas machine, electrical interface box, safety guarding, and all necessary solenoids, hardware, and cables. Includes Remote Jog Handle-Touch and Auto Door when ordered with a machine; requires Remote Jog Handle and Auto Door when ordered separately. Units built after 06/01/2021 receive/require the Remote Jog Handle-Touch-XL. NOTE: The robot must be bolted to the floor, and requires a separate 200-230V 3-Phase, 50/60 Hz, 7.5 kVA power supply. All-inclusive design, with plug-and-play capabilities to Haas medium vertical machining centers and ST-20 through ST-35 turning centers Interfaces directly with the Haas control All set up and operation are done through the Haas control and remote jog handle Single gripper included; double gripper available One parts table included; additional parts table available 25 kg part capacity Includes CE-compliant safety guard fencing No need for additional M-code outputs, or the complex PLC connections used by 3rd-party integrators Requires separate 200-230V 3-Phase, 50/60 Hz, 7.5 kVA power supply
