Our pre-refiners, type HVS are available in 2 performance ranges: 1. 1400 mm HVS 140E with approx. 6000 kg/h @ 175 pm 2. 1000 mm HVS 100E with approx. 4000 kg/h @ 175 pm The automatic roller gap setting and compact hydraulic system with pressure buffer of our pre-refiners, type HVS provide: - automatic fineness adjustment without interrupting production - wide range of fineness - high flexibility to process dry as well as soft masses - stainless steel storage/feeding hopper - energy efficient hydraulic unit for minimal heating up of hydraulic oil and energy consumption - compact setup by discharge and conveying solutions with screw conveyors
