Nylon Double Flanged Track Wheels Hamilton is proud to introduce these double flange track wheels made from Hamilton's Nylast™ wheel series. Many industries are discovering that flanged wheels running on in-plant tracks give them an "instant production line." Loads are taken off the floor permitting higher capacities, easier rolling, floor protection and controlled flow all at the same time. The Nylast material is made from a solid cast high performance nylon and has superior impact strength compared to conventional injection-molded nylon wheels. The material is specially formulated with finely divided particles of molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) to enhance its load bearing capability while maintaining the impact resistance inherent to nylon. These wheels are resistant to moisture and chemicals resulting in a wheel well suited for corrosive environments or applications where sanitary conditions are important. The face, flange, sides, and bores are CNC-machined to tight tolerances to ensure a consistent, quality product. For custom Flanged Wheels complete our custom worksheet here.
