Pneumatic Rubber-Tired Wheels Capacity Range: 330 – 3,700 lbs. Like an automobile tire, the low speed industrial pneumatic wheel uses air pressure to provide shock absorption, quiet operation, and ease of rolling over rough terrain. The 8", 10, & 12" models feature a strong one-piece black rim. The one-piece rim is more durable than demountable rims and you no longer have to worry about bolts in the rim coming loose or falling out - an important factor in aircraft engine environments. The wheels are also available with maintenance-free sealed precision ball bearings The #W-9-PR has a 5/8" ball bearings for hand truck use. Also, all models are changing from white rims to the black rims to reflect a more industrial appearance appropriate for the rugged ability of the wheels. White rims are available on special order. In sizes 10" through 25" models we also offer sealed precision tapered roller bearings for more demanding applications. Wheels are not intended for highway use.
