V-Grooved Iron Wheel Casters Capacity Range: 325 – 16,500 lbs. V-Grooved Casters are finding increasing applications on industrial carts, assembly fixtures, containers, racks and other equipment where it is desirable to control direction, protect floors and provide ease of movement. Typical track plans are linear although curves, switches and turntables may be added to provide a multi-directional control system (in which case swivel casters must be used). Utilizing V-Grooved Wheels, the swivel and rigid casters offered below cover a wide range of popular mounting plates, overall heights and capacities. Forged steel wheels, denoted with addtion of letter 'F' in model number, and equipped with tapered roller berings, increases capacity to 10,000 lbs for 6" x 3" and 8" x 3, 15,000 lbs. for 8" x 4", and 16,000 lbs. for 10" x 4".
