Product overviewFlying laser marking system HANS1500D for plastic caps. Designed for high-speed in-line marking of characters, graphics and 2D codes on plastic caps without chemical additives. System integrates feeding, cap orientation, sorting, flying marking, inspection, NG rejection, counting and data processing. For white caps marking an 11mm×11mm QR code (≤35 characters) the complete line can achieve about 600–800 pcs/min.
