Brief DescriptionThe laser power supply drives a pulsed xenon lamp to generate optical pulses that excite the Nd3+:YAG laser crystal via a condenser cavity. After resonation in the laser cavity, the system emits pulsed laser radiation at 1064 nm. Under PLC or industrial PC control, the pulse laser beam is expanded, reflected or transmitted via fiber, then focused onto the workpiece for welding. Pulse frequency, pulse width, waveform, and table motion can be controlled to match process requirements.
