Overview
The WD series is a 3D 5-axis laser cutting machine with a gantry beam moving structure, engineered for high-efficiency cutting of thermoformed (hot-formed) 3D parts. It processes high-strength steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium and aluminum alloys across large-format work envelopes.

• Stabilized electrical slip ring to improve interference resistance and signal stability.
• Highly sealed W-axis dustproof structure to extend lens service life and enhance reliability.

Work Environment Friendly

• High-volume dust removal system positioned close to the machine guard; straight dust collection ducting to minimize resistance.
• Protects precision components from contamination and reduces exhaust and airborne dust in the working area.

High Stability

• U-shaped base fixation with large cross-section for improved rigidity and bed stability.
• CAE-optimized structure validated by vibration, modal and static/dynamic tests; 72-hour continuous running test for reliability.

Extremely Fast

• Lightweight beams with increased stiffness and strength to improve dynamic response of moving parts.
• Sealing plates around the dust cover protect transmission elements from contamination.

Duplex Rotary Table

• Rotary exchange for high-throughput loading and unloading.
• Safety grating in the table lowering area to protect operators.
• Equipped with air line connection block and aviation connector for secure clamp connections.

Dual Safety Protection

• Protective guardrail and safety grating to ensure personnel safety during loading/unloading operations.

Edge Control Processes

• Burr-free corner cutting: laser power follows speed changes to control corner cutting and achieve nearly burr-free corners.
