Overview
The HBS Series hydraulic press brake offers a range of CNC-controlled bending machines designed for precision, repeatability and energy-efficient operation. New hydraulic and control subsystems combined with an oil-resistant stainless steel split oil tank reduce consumption and improve system reliability.

Key Features

• Hydraulic Cylinder — Main oil cylinders on both sides use electro-hydraulic servo valves and grating scales to form closed-loop control, providing accurate feedback for precise ram movement and high repeat positioning accuracy.
• Two-way Mechanical Crowning System — CNC automatically calculates and applies compensation; the closed-loop control of the compensation ensures high precision. The mechanical crowning is adjustable in two directions for transverse and longitudinal compensation.
• Back Gauge Systems — Full-function back gauge mechanism with selectable multi-axis back gauges. Key components (guide rails, ball screws, bearings) use high-quality parts to ensure positional accuracy.
• High-accuracy Grating Ruler — High-precision grating rulers mounted in C-shaped plates on both frame sides minimize the influence of frame deformation on bending accuracy and provide real-time position feedback to the CNC.
• Large Slider Stroke — Slider stroke up to 235 mm, closing height up to 585 mm and throat depth up to 410 mm (model-dependent) to expand processing scope and die options.
• Movable Bracket — Adjustable upper workbench bracket with height and rotation adjustment and step-position settings to support ergonomic and efficient handling during bending operations.
• Automatic Bending Cell — Integration with robotic systems for automatic gripping, centering, bending and palletizing to enable continuous 24-hour batch production and reduce manual labor. Custom automated cell solutions available.
