Motorized crane end-carriage OGE series

OGE series Open gear end carriage is NANTE’s second generation travelling mechanism. This series end carriage has the advantage of easy fabrication, competitive price, easy assembly and disassembly, free lubrication. NANTE can offer wheel set, end carriage, wheel block for different application. In additions, NANTE offer the advanced safety functions for the OGE series end carriage, like anti-sway, cross limit switch, photo sensor, storm locker, sound and revolving light, rail deviation correction device etc. Features 1） - Use deep groove ball seal bearing, free lubrication. 2） - The wheel groove and gear surface is done by the high frequency heat treatment, and the hardness can reach to 45-55 HRC 3） - The steel frame is open and module design so that the wheel can be easily assembled and disassembled 4） - Equipped with soft start gear motor which is smooth when motor start and stop, and the motor also can be controlled by inverter. 5） - SA2.5 class surface pre-treated by shot blasting, and the painting system is C3-C5 according to ISO 12944-5.
