Motorized crane end-carriage SCE series

SCE series end carriage is special designed for under-hung overhead crane. This series end carriage can do bevel wheel for I beam, and flat wheel for H beam, and can be equipped with NANTE’s soft-start motor or RF series motor for different budget. In additions, NANTE can offer the advanced safety functions, like anti-sway, cross limit switch, photo sensor, sound and revolving light etc. Features 1） - Use deep groove ball seal bearing, free lubrication. 2） - Can use bevel wheel for I beam, and flat wheel for H beam 3） - The wheel groove and gear surface is done by the high frequency heat treatment, and the hardness can reach to 45-55 HRC 4） - The motor also can be controlled by inverter for step-less speed. 5） - SA2.5 class surface pre-treated by shot blasting, and the painting system is C3-C5 according to ISO 12944-5.
