Suitable for parts processed by laser cutting, stamping, fine blanking, punching, shearing and waterjet cutting. Applicable materials include steel, aluminum and stainless steel.

Highlights

• Air-spring supported working head provides a near-zero-gravity operating feel: the head hovers above the worktable and the operator applies slight downward pressure to engage the tool on the part.
• Partial vacuum area 330 x 300 mm: place parts on the vacuum zone; strong downward suction holds parts securely for safe, repeatable processing.
• Multiple abrasive media for different tasks:
  • Dupont fiber top brush — Diameter: 165 mm — Available grit: 80# — Suitable for parts with holes.
  • Scotch-Brite + sanding-paper top brush — Diameter: 165 mm — Available grits: 80#, 120#, 150# — More aggressive option for edge rounding and surface finish improvement.
  • Abrasive flap (material from Germany, Kingspore) — Diameter: 150 mm — Suitable for heavy burr removal.
• Single motor drives two abrasive media mounted at both ends (typically a disk brush and a Velcro pad for sanding discs). Head rotates up to 180° with locating pins at 45° intervals.
• Swing arm offers a wide working span for extra-large workpieces up to 1500 x 1500 mm.
• Machine color customizable.
