Description

Hannibal Static Transfer Switch (STS) is a thyristor-controlled switching system designed for uninterruptible power transfer between two independent AC sources. It ensures seamless transfer to protect critical loads in data centers, healthcare, oil & gas, telecom, renewable energy, semiconductors, and other industrial applications. This automatic transfer switch constantly monitors source voltage and frequency via a microprocessor-controlled and DSP-based system. It enables both synchronous and asynchronous transfer, with transfer times 98%, output current 10A–1000A, output power up to 750kVA (3-phase), voltage range 80%–120%, Power Factor 0.7–1.0, EMC compliance (89/336/EEC), and natural cooling. Interfaces include RS232, RS485, Modbus RTU, dry contacts, alarm relay, LED indicators, LCD or touchscreen display, common alarm output, and log records. Built for harsh environments with IP20 cabinet, -5°C to +50°C operation, and altitude up to 2000m, it also offers maintenance bypass capability, electrical isolation, and supports automatic/manual transfer modes. Backed by Hannibal’s full service and support, it's a smart, high-reliability STS solution.
