Hannibal Industrial Battery Charger is a high-reliability thyristor-controlled rectifier designed for harsh environment operation and continuous DC power supply in industrial applications. Engineered with DSP control, B2C/B6C/B12C topologies (2/6/12-pulse), and optional IGBT-based rectifiers, it’s ideal for switchgear, SCADA, substations, data centers, telecom, oil & gas, and defense sectors.
It includes a galvanic isolation transformer, automatic float, boost, and equalize charge modes, and voltage regulation < 1%. Available in 1-phase or 3-phase input (110–440V AC), output voltages include 24V, 48V, 110V, 125V, and 220VDC, supporting load currents from 10A to 10,000A. Ripple is < 1%, with ripple suppression, current limiting, and short circuit protection.
The unit supports fan failure monitoring (OPS-15), battery temperature compensation (OPS-06), earth leakage monitoring (OPS-02), transducers (OPS-11), and energy monitoring. Optional features include CANBUS for current sharing, Modbus RTU, RS232/RS485, dry contact alarm relays, and LCD display with keypad. Programmable parameters, setup and installation, and emergency stop functions are integrated for ease of use and safety compliance.
Built for a long system lifetime (20+ years), with outdoor installation protection (IP42, IP54, IP55, IP65), high ambient temperature, and altitude operation up to 2000m, it meets IEC/ISO standards (IEC61204-1, IEC62040-2, IEC60335, IEC/NF EN 60146-1-1). Compatible with all battery types (Enersys, Exide VRLA, Ni-Cd, Gel, AGM, OPzS, OPzV, Li-ion, Sodium-Ion).
