Bag dump station

The bag dumping station, also known as the manual unpacker or bag opening machine, it contains a filtering and de-dusting system. The material recovered through the dust removal system then falls into the storage hopper by gravity. The operator places the bag on the stand and pushes it into the grid,then cuts a vertical slit in the bag and shakes the bag to let it empty . The material will be transferred to the feeder via a hopper. As the station contains de-dusting system,then it will automatic recovery the dusty gas ,when we open the bag,and it aslo the automatic pulse blowback dust collector clears the dust at regular intervals.
