Description

Overview
The Olive Conveyor with defoliator transports olives from the hopper to the washing section and removes leaves and other light debris. Key structural components — hopper, belt frame and defoliator — are manufactured in stainless steel. The hopper geometry prevents olives from accumulating, while the conveyor uses a rubber belt compliant with international food safety regulations. An integrated brush provides automatic cleaning of the belt and removes sludge from heavily soiled fruit, extending belt life.

Working Principle
Olives are poured into the hopper and carried by the adjustable-speed conveyor to the washing unit. The defoliator mounted on the belt frame performs complete or partial removal of leaves and light foreign material; its suction power is adjustable to match crop conditions. The Olive Conveyor is controlled from a common panel shared with the washing machine for synchronized operation.
