Spark Plug Leakage Test Bench Product information: The equipment is equipped with a computer pressure acquisition system and an automatic control system. The same equipment can test different models (sizes) of products (precision), and can complete the air tightness test and air pressure intensity test of the product. The equipment uses a gas booster pump to complete the boost test of high-pressure gas; at the same time, there is a pressure control system and a data acquisition system to complete the control of the boost rate, data printing, and standard test reports. The high-pressure outlet of the equipment is 1/4 of the standard. Thread, through the special reducing joint, can complete a wide range of precision tests of different sizes. Feature: 1. Emerson's pressure regulator is selected for the core pressurizing equipment, which can easily realize the output pressure arbitrarily adjustable and controllable. 2. The driving air pressure range: 0.1-0.8 Mpa; and the output pressure is proportional to the driving air pressure. 5. Air consumption: 0.3-1m3/min 6. Pressure test range: 0-4Mpa, and the detection accuracy is 0.5%FS. According to the actual needs of customers, select the corresponding pressure.
