Tool case 101 series

Tool box with 1 compartment, sheet metal thickness 0.6mm, folding handle in 16mm diameter and 1mm thick tube, including metal tray and dividers. Resistance welded, painted in hammered blue, kiln dried before degreasing and phosphating. Handle painted in black epoxy paint dried in the oven before degreasing and phosphating. The cover and case are connected by a piano hinge and connected by a 2.4 mm diameter rod. Ergonomic handle for instant opening of the box and connected to two specially manufactured aluminium rivets.
