The Half/Pack Sierra is a front-load garbage truck engineered as a mid-weight package to meet regional weight restrictions while maximizing payload. Empty body weight is reduced to 17,050 lb (≈7,740 kg) compared with 19,300 lb for the standard Half/Pack, increasing usable payload by approximately 13% (more than one ton). Designed for fast packer and arm cycle times and typical payloads up to 10 tons.
