Valve gate system SYNCRO-PLATE

Combination of SYNCRO-VALVE and lifting plate SYNCRO-PLATE combines the benefits of the SYNCRO-VALVE drive system with those of a classic valve gate lifting plate. The interlocking drive elements ensure the synchronous motion of the pins with near-zero play; the pin positions can be selected freely in the lifting plate. Depending on the design type, system maintenance can be done via a central lubrication system, reducing any servicing needs to a minimum. Alternatively, the system can run in dry mode, making SYNCRO-PLATE fully cleanroom compatible.
