Description

When measuring flue gas temperatures, flames, or the temperature in the combustion bed, radiation thermometers offer significant advantages over thermocouples: - Easy access for replacement or maintenance work - No influence from temperature radiation from the grate - Fast response time - No aging effects HEITRONICS offers standard solutions for use in incinerators, cement plants, and coal-fired power plants. These have proven themselves in several hundred installations worldwide. We also cooperate with industrial partners in the fields of plant engineering, fire performance optimization, and denitrification. QAL1: To ensure quality assurance in accordance with EN 14181 (measuring instruments for emission monitoring), the devices can be supplied with QAL1 certificates. With a QAL1-certified pyrometer, you comply with legal requirements, for example according to Directive 2010/75/EU (MHKW, KVA, industrial furnaces), and the authorities accept the devices without additional individual proof. Further advantages of QAL1 pyrometers are: - The devices have been validated in the laboratory and in field tests by an approved testing agency (e.g., TÜV, CSA, MCERTS). - There are defined limit values for drift, linearity, reproducibility, and influencing factors. - QAL1 devices must demonstrate their stability over extended operating periods. This reduces calibration and maintenance costs and increases operational reliability. An extensive range of accessories and connection technology, as well as the corresponding software round off the portfolio and offer a solution for almost every measuring task. And If the solution does not exist yet, we will find it.
