Description

Oil drilling rig is used for exploration and development of oil and gas well. All products conform to API Spec 4F, 7K, 8A, SY/T5609-1999 "The Types and Basic Parameters of Drilling Rig" and related standards, and have obtained the certificate of authority to use the official API monogram. 1. Electric-drive drilling rig: The drive mode of DC electric-drive drilling rig is AC-SCR-DC, while AC electric-drive drilling rig is AC-DC-AC. It is equipped with diesel engine generator sets as the power source. Drawworks adopts hydraulic disc brake and the EATON auxiliary brake, etc. Drawworks, Mud Pump and Rotary Table can be driven by independent motors (Rotary table can also be compound driven). The mast is K type. The substructure is swing up or box-on-box type. The mast and substructure (swing up type)are installed at lower position and are raised integrally. The rig is controlled concentrically in driller’s control cabin and achieves automatic bit feeding function. The AC-VFD drilling rig can carry out dynamic brake. 2. Combined drive drilling rig: The rig’s drive mode is that the diesel engines provide power, belt or chain compound box transmits power. Drawworks adopts sealed chain transmission structure with hydraulic disc brake and electromagnetic eddy current auxiliary brake, etc. Drawworks and Mud Pump are driven uniformly. Rotary Table is driven by one independent AC varied frequency motor equipped with VFD system. The mast is K type. The substructure is swing up or box-on-box type. The mast and substructure (swing up type)are installed at lower position and are raised integrally.
