Scheme Description:

- Vehicle selection: Based on the weight and size of the steel coil and handling requirements, the appropriate electric transfer cart or low voltage track power supply flat cart is chosen. For special environments, vehicles with high temperature resistance are selected.
- Control system design: The system includes speed regulation, overcurrent protection, and sound and light alarm lamp functions.
- Safety protection: Safety railings or warning signs are set up along the transportation route. The vehicle is equipped with emergency braking and anti-collision devices.
