Main structure Consist of furnace shell, furnace lining, heating element, furnace door and lifting mechanism, and electrical control system. 3. Equipment structure features 1) Furnace adopts GB steel, continuous tight welding, the overall framework with high strength 2) Furnace lining can adopt brick structure, composite fiber structure and completed fiber structure according to customer requirements. 3) The sealing between furnace door and furnace body is packing seal, which will avoid furnace atmosphere loss and heat loss. 4) Furnace door lifting action via the automatic power supply and limit interlocks, smooth action, high safety. 5) The middle and high temperature furnace heating element is spiral heat resistance wire/tape, and uses the high quality heat resistant casting steel as the furnace hearth plate, with long service life. 6) Ultra high temperature furnace adopts "U" type silicate rod/silicon molybdenum rods, autotransformer is used to adjust the input voltage of silicon carbide.
