Bonderite Lineguard 49 Lineguard® 49 is a microprocessor based measuring device specially designed for the control of all particularly encrusted and aggressive washes, even those with high oil, fat and surfactant concentrates. Conductivity is measured with an electrode-free inductive sensor. As there are no parts directly in contact with the liquid that could become dirty, the system is practically maintenance free. Used with the VCL or VMS-MF electronic dosage pump this system is one of the most advanced in terms of dosage control of concentrated products for the pre-painting treatment of metals. In collaboration with users, we have developed a product that can meet all modern demands: reliability, precision, flexibility and optimum quality/price ratio. All calibration and parameter settings are carried out by pressing the Lexan buttons on the front: it no longer works via trimmer, therefore the level of protection of the device is higher than the traditional standard.
