The Cauliflower Segmenter 211F is designed for efficient fleuretting, processing cauliflower heads with diameters between 120 and 250 mm. It delivers the core in one piece, discharged separately, eliminating the need for manual presorting. The machine processes up to 32 heads per minute, offering high throughput and efficiency. Equipped with a frequency controller, the 211F allows on-the-fly adjustments to process parameters and cycle times. Each turntable pocket features five sensor arms for centering and size measurement, along with an overhead hold-down unit to determine size. The integrated programmable controller automatically adjusts the knives for optimal cutting based on size.
