UP TO 80 % LESS DIRT
Stops contamination at the entrances and passages of production and logistics halls
HIGH LOAD CAPACITY
Our clean driving zones are made exclusively from high-quality materials so that they can withstand high loads of up to 40 tonnes.
DIRT COLLECTION TRAY
To prevent dirt from being carried further into production and logistics halls, the clean driving zones collect the dirt in easy-to-clean collection trays
Dirt collection tray in two heights
To prevent dirt from being dispersed within production and logistics halls, it is collected in a collection tray under the cleaning mats.
The choice of the right tray size depends on three decisive factors:
1. requirements
Before making a decision, it must be clear what the situation is like on site, whether cleaning is to take place inside, outside or in both places and how wide the passageways are.
2. vehicles and frequency
Which vehicles cross the clean-off zone? Do shoe treads also need to be cleaned? How many crossings take place per day? If the frequency is higher, we recommend using a deeper tray because more dirt can be collected.
