Overview
The HEP1 electric-driven, pendant-controlled compact hydraulic pumps are designed for a wide range of industrial applications. The two-stage design delivers high flow in the 1st stage and precise high-pressure control in the 2nd stage. Maximum working pressure: 700 bar (≈10000 psi). Compact unit with integral carrying handle and IP55 ingress protection.

• Remote pendant controller supplied (3 m / 10 ft control cable).
• Ingress protection: IP55.
• Models with suffix 'R' include externally adjustable relief valve and glycerin‑filled pressure gauge.

Typical applications / configuration options

• Valve options: 3‑way dual‑purpose valve (advance/auto‑retract for crimping and cutting; advance/hold/retract for lifting) and 4‑way manual valve with load holding.
• 3‑way and 4‑way valves available with or without externally adjustable pressure relief valve and pressure gauge.

Performance notes

• 1st stage flow: up to 158.66 in³/min (50 Hz) — approx. 2.6 L/min; 60 Hz models deliver ~15–20% higher flow.
• 2nd stage flow: 21.97 in³/min (50 Hz) — approx. 0.36 L/min.
• Total usable oil reservoir per pump: approx. 4.0 L; total reservoir capacity: approx. 7.0 L.
