DATORKER® strain wave gears feature high precision, high efficiency, high torsional stiffness and low starting torques. They are widely used in robotics, automation technology, semiconductor technology, machine tools and many other industries.
DATORKER® DSC/DSH are widely used in many industrial and medical sectors. With or without hollow shaft, journal and output bearing, the compact gear units are available in a wide range of series and reduction ratios. From sealed strain wave gears to gearboxes with direct motor attachment - select the right series for your requirements here. CAD data and technical drawings are available for download.
Reinforced crossed roller output bearing for particularly heavy-duty applications. DATORKER® DSC-PO-M with reinforced crossed roller output bearing and shaft mount are suitable for direct mounting of any motor. Thanks to the reinforced output bearing, with maximum tilting rigidity and precision, the strain wave gears can support higher loads in both axial and radial directions and are also characterised by their long service life. The connection is made using an Oldham coupling. Available in five sizes with reduction ratios of 50, 80, 100, 120 and 160, the DSC-CO series achieves repeatable peak torques of up to 353 Nm.
