Description
PATENTED contact-free easy dynamic leverless system
Renova employs an innovative leverless assembly/disassembly concept combining two different tools with axial and radial movements to simplify workshop operations. The lever tool lowers to engage the bead, extracts it from the rim with high precision due to the special claw shape, and holds it locked until bead-breaking is complete. A dedicated button lowers the mounting device which, through a linear movement, aligns with the dismounting lever and acts as a guide to ease installation of the first bead. All operations are performed without exerting pressure that could damage the tyre and avoiding any contact with the rim (contact-free), reducing the risk of rim damage and tyre stress.
