Overview
The HC electro-hydraulic servo press brake series is designed for high-precision, high-efficiency sheet and part bending in industrial production. Equipped for mass production, the range combines servo-driven hydraulics with advanced CNC control to deliver repeatable angles and minimal deformation.

Switzerland (CYBELEC) CybTouch 12PS Control System
  • Graphical 2D programming (EasyBend) and batch-programming support for mass bending
  • Automatic calculation of bend angle, main pressure and deflection compensation
  • Automatic correction of bending angle and backgauge positioning
  • Wireless interconnection for software updates and data backup

Automatic Deflection Compensation
  • Bidirectional compensation for lateral and vertical deflection at the bending station
  • Compensation values calculated from workpiece length, thickness and angle
  • High-precision potentiometer ensures accurate compensation control

Backgauge / Post-positioning System
  • Servo-driven X (forward/back) and Y (up/down) axes for accurate post-positioning
  • Configurable four positioning fingers to reduce material sagging and positioning defects

Rigid Heavy-duty Frame
  • Welded high-quality carbon steel frame with FEM analysis for minimal deformation
  • Integral machining and one-time clamping for consistent processing accuracy
