Overview
PR1500B is a fiber laser cutting machine specifically engineered for the steel structure industry. Power range: 12000W–30000W. It supports straight cutting of sheet and section steels and bevel cutting, designed for high-load, high-efficiency industrial cutting.
Three-in-one cutting mode
Extra-large format design
Independent modular architecture offering single-station (14 m) and double-station (28 m) configurations. Extra-wide bed enables bevel cutting of sheet metal up to 2.5 m wide.
High-efficiency cutting
New-generation lightweight beam with maximum linkage speed up to 80 m/min for higher throughput compared with conventional designs.
Multiple safety protections
Protective sheet metal on both sides of the beam to block sparks; anti-burning plates for thermal protection; safety observation glass on both sides for real-time monitoring and protection during cutting.
One-stop specialized solution for section steel cutting
Real-time measurement and compensation of section steel parts and drawings using coarse and fine positioning. Nesting software with strong compatibility with Tekla. Intelligent control system for simplified operation.
